Dennis Maister
Director
He previously had a highly successful career spanning 55 years including:
- Founder/Chairman of Yellow Pages South Africa
- Executive Chairman Claude Neon SA
- Numerous international business and philanthropic directorships
- Investment Committee member for MFO Investments
Martin Heymann
Chief Financial Officer
He has 20 years as an accounting executive across a range of industries including the hi-tech, wealth management and insurance space.
- Accounting qualifications in Australia, South Africa, America and Israel with an MBA from Kellogg-Recanati
- CFO of 4Cabling (MFO Investments portfolio company), a number of start-up companies including Neurosonix, Nogatech and GWS Photonics

Team & History
History.
For 55 years, and over 3 generations, the Maister family built, operated and then successfully sold what was one of the largest privately-owned corporations in Africa. The cornerstone of the group – Yellow Pages South Africa – proved to be one of the most successful and innovative publishing operations worldwide of its time.
The sale of this recurring revenue, high margin business in 2006 provided a capital base to establish an intergenerational family office.
Through a charitable trust, we “Give back” a percentage of our wealth to local communities and charities.
